• Room board that made “who shares with whom” visible to the whole ops team
• Buffer rooms held until late adds settled — instead of filling every bed on day one
• WhatsApp room details sent after assignments stabilized, not mid-edit
• Guest pages for stay basics so coordinators weren’t retyping the same answers

Hospitality stopped replaying the rooming list

Families arrived to clear room assignments. Changes still happened — but they happened on one board first, then as a re-notify — so the wedding floor stayed warm and the hospitality desk stayed calm.
